Wendy's - Shreveport

I give 2stars because I have at least eat! was not right. I have three four for four, two four, without picking, no wobble with cheese. that wasn't right kids have everything on them plus just the nuggets each n a diving sauce between the two. on my I added speck, which I have a simple hamburger, not on the soße nothing. only meat n brot. like no ma’am. I also ordered soda I didn't get. I didn't want to go back. I think we should get what we pay for. I'm working hard for my money, so I'm so upset. proud of her job a bit of people!

I eat at this place at least three times a week. excellent customer service. always eat fresh and good

My gf and I were over thru and decided to stop here and do a take-out mobile order. I ordered a Cheddar-Bacon-Cheeseburger-Combo. Now, the manager didn't inform me that this burger was hired or I would have ordered something else. I forgot to check my food. After we left the parking lot, we saw eating wrong, went back to the door and it's locked at 12 o'clock! They didn't want the lunch break in. I called her, manager answers and says she made the burger and it's right. I told her she never told me that the burger I ordered was hired. she said she would make me another burger, but I had to go through the drive thru. we were in a hurry and had no time. at this time there are 10 cars in the car drive thru. she refused to walk 5 steps and bring my burger to the door. they treated me like rubbish. will never return to this dive of a wendys.

Absolutely amazing fast service. all there were very courteous, the restaurant behind the register was very clean and I have enjoyed my experience. that is rare that I am overwhelming with my service in a fast food restaurant good, job Wendy’s!

As a truck driver im done with lobby’s being closed. I understand the labor shortage but if you cant let someone walk in and order to go then you wont get my business anymore
