Contribuisci feedbackHorrible service, I never write reviews but they went out of their way to be bad at their job so I had to. They made a mistake giving our order to another driver. Our driver actually went back and asked about the wrong order but they would not offer any solution for their mistake, no money back or our food. Do yourself a favor and don’t order directly from their app as they will not reimburse you or help you out if they mess up. Order from a third party app if you want any money back if half your order shows up..
If this was the one located on the magnificent mile the staff was extremely rude. We had never been in there before. After ordering my husband realized there was a deal. So he asked if we could do the half and half, the lady taking the order said yea just tell them further down. So when we did she told them oh no I was told a whole salad. Also when I was going to the bathroom the door was locked and the employee tried several times to get in and then used her key to unlock the door. Will never go back again.
Bad customer service from the manager and especially the cashier. My sandwich had one slice of meat know t when I went back to work so I didn't want to walk back for a fight.The cashier refused to put my sandwich in a bag and the manager co- signed for his behavior very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place again. I just this gets corrected in the future. No ne deserves to be treated like this when they're spending their money. SO DISAPPOINTING
The most useless, rude, disrespectful staff ever, its been 2 weeks since I requested my refund and nothing, the front desk people keep telling me that I need to wait for the manager to come and process the refund again, then the manager comes in and immediately gives me an attitude, tells me they dont have time because they are busy and that I should call back soon, then I call back and they just hanging up on me, I went to their location and they immediately started giving me attitude again telling me that Im calling them for no reason, like I dont know what to do at this point because I would receive a refund from other potbelly locations within 2 days
Food is good however if you order online for pick up be sure to speak to someone and ask if your order is ready and if not ready ask how long. Push them because they typically don’t care if they are late with your order. Often I could have walked in and ordered from counter quicker lol!
