The owner started yelling at us, my dad wanted to make a complaint about why they were charging us more (in addition to what we ordered, it had an extra cost for no reason, which was not clarified anywhere) and the owner of the establishment told us and quoted us “It's my restaurant and I set my rules” referring to the fact that if she wanted to she would charge us more. After that she aggressively snatched the account from my father (with his credit card and ID) and took it, my mother followed her until she charged us and asked her to please return the card and she ignored her and He walked out to my father and yelled at my mom that “I'm going to give it to your husband.” After giving it to my dad, the owner told him that we would never come back (with great pleasure we will never go back, don't worry). Everything he did seems disrespectful to me, especially that he had the nerve to shout that way in front of minors. Taking the deal out, the cake I ordered was dry.
