Burger King - Siler City

Had our burgers mixed up had the wrong items on them

Everything was cold ,lettuce was brown Didnt ask for extra mayo Everything was smothered in mayo

They did a great job with my order. Just double check to make sure you put the sauces in. I ordered marinara for my cheese sticks and they didnt put the sauce in. Otherwise very good!!

Tried to call and place a complaint with a Manger, but no answer. The young lady who waited on us had HORRIBLE customer service skills. She was snippy and short with me. Her name was Brittany employee id 500075. You may want to move her to the kitchen soshe doesn't have to deal with the public.

Decent service and the consistent food quality I expect at Burger King. Plus Coke. And BK has the onion ring option. Served reasonably quickly. Nothing special about this particular BK location.
