When was the last time you watched your burger being cooked and someone actually CARED that it was done the right way? Or had as many toppings within reason as you wanted and the price didn't change! Annie's is THE place! This little place doesn't look like much but the burger was delicious and Megan ? cared how it was prepared! Limited menu and no one under 21 allowed it's WVa and they have gambling machines but well worth seeking it out when you are traveling along I70 outside of Wheeling.
