Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant is original and welcoming, but it is very small (proven 25 seats, so make a reservation or risk disappointed (we arrived on the early page and so were still able to get a table without reservation, but later diners without reservations were turned away. The menu has typical Swiss specialties (Roesti, etc. including about a dozen different versions of Kalbskornbleue.
The Stuva is very small reservations are essential. it is a beautiful place, full of character. The menu is very diverse and they are known for their Cordon Bleus. Many decisions of them! Really a great place for dinner in Sils Maria. Lunch is also served and in summer there is a very nice terrace.
In this restaurant you can eat the cordon bleu proposed in many variations. the spicy one was great, a little small for the proposed price (39fr.)
I drive every year at least one to two times into the engadin to sils maria, and the restaurant stüva is one. the service has been the same for years and always friendly, also children are happy to be seen. the card is big and offers a great choice, but my favourite dinner is still the fine cordon bleus that are offered. top. until next time, always happy again and I am already happy.
The arvenstube conveys a rustic atmosphere. the service is friendly. the map offers a large selection of Cordon-Bleus. the tellers are overloaded because of the large quantities. the kitchen is good, i.e. you get something in a reasonable price.
