Patisserie Manuel - Silver Spring

Patisserie Manuel has amazing treats my favorite is the macrons. Although it's far away from me it was worth it!

I give them 4 stars only to be more realistic with my rating. I am happy with the custom cake that they made such a short announcement and I praise them for it, but the quality of the cake itself was not good. It was not fresh on the inside and the majority of people at my place liked it either definitely looked good on the outside. Disclaimer: The two fast decorations were not made by them.

Deliciously baked Chilean empanadas and cakes that are perfect for big meetings are 10/10 would recommend. Don't be confused. This location is not a dine in the restaurant or café, you need to order before time!

These are amazing pastries. My family is very special and the pastries and cakes of the paties series are extremely special, as above with some of the French Viennese bakeries of this region (probably better on the cake and absolutely on the chocolate, only better in North America in Montreal). Can be a little hard to find and is not a storefront by checking the menu and talking to the owner to be encouraged! She and her team bring so much to life in their bakery. I wish I had this week. I really enjoyed the Pan d Chocolat; it is my mainstay (essentially a croissant texture with dark chocolate inside) and it is as good as any pan d chocolat, from here to New Yori City and back that I had!

Probably the best pastries in the DMV, at least the best almond croissants! We have tried numerous patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and dessert shops from DMV to Los Angeles to Hong Kong to Paris... and none of them can even come close to compare with the Mandel Croissants in Patisserie Manuel. Please stop the big job and hopefully eventually you will also make kouign-amanns ; Previous review: The best almond croissants in the DMV. So many soft chewing layers full of buttery goodness. Cripples on the outside and very tight on the inside. Skip the Empenadas, too much bread, but the filling has Rosin! Macaroons taste similar to other Macaroons.
