We visited on a rainy weekday afternoon for a bottle of wine and some snacks. The menu also offers options for a festive dinner. The wine list is extensive and offers some of the best wines in the world. We tried a 2017 Meursault Les Charmes by Domaine Tessier, which was excellent. For snacks, we enjoyed Burgundy chicken with parsley and garlic, served with delicious roasted bread and a pissaladière. We couldn't resist ordering more, so we also tried the pâté en croûte and a fresh salad. The quality and preparation of the dishes were top-notch, I haven't had better pâté in France recently. This experience only scratched the surface of the Michelin Star level of this place, I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. I wish this place was right next door to me, so I could enjoy their wine list and excellent food regularly.
The restaurant has a cozy, elegant, and charming atmosphere with a classic French feel. The menu offers a well-executed cuisine that pairs nicely with the impressive wine list. The traditional kitchen is true to its roots, and the chef demonstrates great skills and knowledge of the ingredients. The tweeper with olive and sardine garnish, beef and lamb dishes, as well as the ratatouille, were all delicious. The Chateauneuf-du-Pape paired well with the meal. Overall, a great spot for a dessert to complete the dining experience.
