The Mad Sailors - Singapore

Love the place. It was cool and cozy. Wasn't crowded when we came so the service was quick and good. We had bangers and mash, crikey crab and dory fish and chips. They all tasted good. The batter for the fish and chips was a bit thick but it was crunchy and i liked it that way . I'll come again to try the other dishes on the menu!

Went with a friend last night. Funnily enough, it was recommended by my mum who read it in Manja magazine. The decor was eclectic but created a nice ambiance. The menu is small but covered all the bases in terms of English pub grub. We had curried mussels (love the gravy), haddock fish and chips (awesome) and the English fry up (yummy and filling). The potato mash is so good! But what really made us happy was the smiley and friendly service staff. I'd definitely recommend this place

Awesome fresh and delicious food! ' We had the Good O English brunch and Salmon sandwich. It was absolutely yum! The avocado mash taste fresh n smooth, the beef sausage also great! The tea that come with the meal is also tasty, it 's amazingly light n not over sweetened, I love it!!!! Price is reasonable with no . Awesome!!

After reading all the poor reviews, I was hesitant to come here. However I came today during peak hour for Sunday brunch and the service was so good and timely! We didn't wait long at all for our food. And true enough, the fish and chips tastes similar to what I had in London! Excellent job Mad Sailors! Will definitely return for more British inspired food!
