Wanton Fu - Singapore

If you enjoy al dente noodles combined with spicy chili sauce and crispy pork fat, then this is the perfect dish for you. I ordered a large portion and was impressed by how easily the noodles separated, unlike other places where they tend to stick together or become mushy. A word of caution though - the chili sauce here is extremely hot. It will leave your mouth burning, your face sweating, and you craving more despite the numbing sensation. This is hands down the spiciest chili I have ever had with wonton noodles.

This will be the only place I will go for wantan noodles in the future! You can't find anywhere better. Those who can't handle spicy food better be prepared to breathe fire with their chili sauce! Don't miss out on this place!
