Contribuisci feedbackBy the estuarish mix of Chapora and Anjuna river, sits this set in white restaurant 'Thalassa ', serving locals and travellers alike, of the Grecian delicacy they specialise. However shoestring our student on a travel budget was my friends and I, had made it a point to dine at this place. And it did not let us down. Thalassa was an experience worth remembering and specially when it was just before the great lockdown came to force. We ordered for a pizza, a share platter and a seafood pasta, with a couple of beers and grasshoppers. Each of those dishes were delicious and unique to the taste they told we 'd have. The servers were a delight and all in all, just the feeling of being at that place with good people and good food by the river side on a background of white was quaintly beautiful.I would refer all who travel to Goa to do give this place a visit, you wont be disappointed.Thank you for your service, Thalassa.
What an amazing place Thalassa is i will recommend all my friends to visit this place definitely whenever they will visit Goa
The place is worth visiting just for the salads made of some awesome olive oil and sauces....And good for seafood also.. 4 stars for salad
Lockdown made me realise how much vacationing is more important than anything! Nothing better than good food,Coktails, bars and beaches which is there in a goa! Thalassa is the best place to get your evenings sorted with a chilled beer and some meaty snacks. This place has a very good list ranging from cocktails to snacks to main course. <br/
<br/ <br/ The first would which comes to my mind about this place is tranquility. The wonderful amalgamation of sun and sea, the word Thalassa it self mean Sea. Whenever, I am in Goa, this has to be the first place on the itenary ; my all-time suggestions to my friends and family is for this place always. It's been 8 years, but I never get fed up with this place, instead it keeps me falling in love even more with the passing years. Earlier, this was located at Vagator, but now they have shifted to Siolim, even more beautiful than before. Last year, unfortunately, couldn't visit their new setup as it was a red alert in Goa due to the cyclone and now this pandemic is the reason of the delay. But this place has one of the best sunset view is Goa.<br/ <br/ <br/ It's all Greek here, from flooring, food to furniture, feels like you are in Greece. Food is the best you could have in whole Goa, and the staff is very ambient. If you are a fan of meditaranian cuisine, this this is a perfect place for you. They have the best feta cheese, I have had in India so far ; used in salads, platters and grilled recipes. We ordered grilled feta, babaganoush and salad, everything as really delicious and appealing. Also, I loved Baklava, sorbet and chicken casserole, they were delectable.<br/ <br/ <br/ There are 2 slots available, sunset and dinner, you need to book your table well in advance. If you have a travel plan during peak season and sunset is your choice, then call them well in advance, even before leaving for Goa. It's better to book 1 month before you leave for Goa in peak season. I have attached some pictures, which were captured by me on my mobile phone and trust me they are all natural without any edit as this place does not require any editing, it's most beautiful on its own. Thanks for all your time for reading this !<br/ <br/
