ibis Kitchen Swiss Bistro - Sion

I had dinner here and it was absolutely tasty. Really interesting menù with a lot of choices, first quality products and great service. Chef Paulo was really kind and ready to answer all my question! Really suggested if you are in Sion. And just you to know the name of this place now is “Le bistrot des copains”!

I has a great choice of Swiss food and a good menu de jour. I am enjoying it. The deserts are great and the food all around A+!

After a long day of work, I had a steak for dinner. It was served with a sauce that I assume is made with cream. After a couple of hours, in my bedroom, I started to feel nauseated and also I had abdominal pain. I ended up throwing up all the dinner. The next day I explained the situation to the receptionist of the hotel, and her answer was that I should had eaten spoiled food during the day. I asked to meet the manager during the week that I was about to stay. But I got no answer. At the checkout, I expressed that I felt really disappointed by the treatment received. But again, same answer from the receptionist.

This is the restaurant and bar or the ibis hotel. we had breakfast and late night drinks there and were told by others the food was excellent. staff were brilliant. very attentive
