Hardee’s - Sioux Falls

Been long time since I've eaten inside a Hardee's and it was chill and nice. The food was on point and good! Liked it here.

This more about the online ordering than the location itself.. Ordering is suppose make the process painless and it absolutely the exact opposite with my experience was today.. Sent me way across town with the use my location option and then when I get there they can't locate my order.. Said I needed to check it in, that is not even an option on the app and completely defeats the purpose of the pickup asap option

I was having a pretty bad day that was until I came into this Hardee’s, I'll be honest most of the staff didn't seem all that special but there was one amongst them the one they called Tyler he had a sparkle in his eye and once I had finished ordering he led me by the hand to my booth laid me down on the seat and whispered so softly in my ear that my food would be ready soon about a minute later Tyler came out with my food and placed it piece by piece into my mouth once my meal was finished I got up and made my way home thoroughly satisfied with the service this dairy and especially after what Tyler had given me

One of my favorite places to stop when I am just hungry for a delicious quick meal the food is always delicious and I have never had a problem with my orders

The parking lot and drive thru need major work. The staff need to work on their hospitality and customer service.Parking: The approaches are steep and hard on the suspension
