Would she like 5 stars? Food options were amazing. We ate the tacos and loved them. Inflamed to find a vegan restaurant in the north door! We will definitely come back. Enjoy talking to the owner about the historical significance of the building and the restaurant.

Once or twice a week Julie and stroll into town to eat the best vegan food in Door County at Roots Inn Kitchen in Sister Bay WI. There is nothing that Colin and his team create that we don't like, from the Asian cauliflowers and walnut tacos, truffle chips, vegan burgers with three different vegan dressings (something for each pallet) and the baked and fried Broccoli wings. On the BBQ evening earlier this summer we experienced their vegan take BBQ prepared with their vegan busts by a local grillmaster. Perfect with a cold pilgrim. We love having roots in our neighborhood. Very recommended for your next visit to our beautiful little village.

This place is phenomenal for vegans who love great food! The ambience on the rear deck is as beautiful as the staff. We come back every year that we visit! Love roots! I hope to stay here too

We brought our non vegan family with us and everyone loved their food. My husband and I ordered the walnut and cauliflower tacos, small Caesar salad, and broccoli wings. It all tasted AMAZING! one family member ordered the bread pudding and she loved it. They offer one non vegan option, bratwurst, which I was told was really good. The place is a small adorable little space. I highly recommend!!

We went for lunch on our last day in Door County, and are so disappointed we didn’t go sooner! The food was delicious, fresh, and so satisfying. We got the vegan broccoli wings, vegan tacos, and vegan loaded brat and chips. Everything was delicious, but we are still reminiscing about those wings! This place is a must go.
