Tokyo Japanese - Skillman

I called the day of Valentine's Day and thought I would try this restaurant for the first time. They accepted my reservation and I was not sure if I wanted to go because it told me that nobody made such a reservation on a busy day. I went anyway and it was a pleasant surprise. I could sit right away, though about 20 people were waiting at the door. The place was beautifully decorated, simple, but fine. The chairs are wide and comfortable and the table spacing is very wide, so feel spacious. Although it's a busy day, waiters didn't push us. They're coming right now when I call them to ask questions and are polite. The waiter also removed my record immediately after the end. The food was delicious. We had Oceanic Volcano Roll and the Blue Crab Fantastic Roll, spicy Calamari, white tuna-sashimi, salmon-sashimi and a spinning reel. They're all very good. The fish is fresh and delicious. The two premium rolls are also excellent. The price is average, not cheap, but also not very expensive. Even the tea is not washed with tea. I would recommend people to try themselves.

Probably the best sushi in the Princeton area right next to roots. When a place makes an amazing salmon avocado roll it makes me happy, this place makes me happy. You also have some funny crazy roles. My current favorites are the samurai role and the dragon role. The Calamari and Rock Shrimps are also quite great. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The place is usually not super crowded what I guess. There's no bad thing on the menu I found.

Best Sushi in Montgomery! Spacious portions and great prices. They offer the best lunches, and they are the only place to deliver! Your regular and special roles are fantastic!
