Ignite Gaming Lounge - Skokie

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I wish we had a place like this in Milwaukee!

Just moved to the skokie area... I came here strictly because they had StepmaniaX dedicated arcade cabinet- the cabinet is beautiful and it's in great condition. However, the price is extremely high. 1 swipe gives you 1 song to play, which is almost 4x higher than a normal arcade. Plus, when you only get 1 song, you have to swipe again and completely re-start your game, so you can't get a good steady workout in or play a decent set. The national standard at an arcade for this type of game is 3 songs per credit/swipe. The bare minimum should be 2 songs. Either way, I really would love to come here more often and support this venue(I'd be there 2-3 days per week) but I can't justify the cost. Even on the half price and 25% off days, it's still wildly expensive compared to any other arcade(it's even more than d&b and round1, which is saying something). Anyways, great place, great vibe, but I really wish they would revisit the pricing for this particular game- it's honestly just unreasonably expensive. It might just be a clerical mistake or nobody's paid mind to it after setting it up- at least with how much it costs, you would think that's the case. In any event, thank you for bringing another dance game to the chicago area!

I went for the first time with a friend and had a great time. The staff are very kind. I wish the arcade games weren't so expensive though

Bring back the deluxe milkshakes!!! RIP literally the only milkshakes I ever liked in my life. If you can only bring back one let it be the rainbow one pleaseeee.
