My experience here was fantastic, with exceptional customer service. I had difficulty choosing what to eat, but the young woman at the counter provided detailed and helpful information, making my decision easier. I ordered two meals: the chicken salad wrap and a customized pasta. The build-your-own pasta option excited me, with fresh ingredients and numerous choices. It turned out wonderfully.Kid-friendliness: They offer children's menu choices, and the seating area is quite spacious. There are areas where you can sit away from others, providing more space and privacy if needed.
Had one of the worst experiences of my life. Once I walked into the door, the people working there were not friendly. Didn 't smile, didn 't say hello. I told the girl working (African American female, braided hair) that I wanted to add other things. She said it might be extra, I said no problem. She put my dish together then immediately walked over and put the ingredients into the cooking pan. I asked if she could put garlic in it. She acted like I asked her to remake the dish. Attitude, attitude, attitude. She didn 't ask if I wanted anything else.At 7:45 PM, they started to put up stuff in the dining area. On Google it says the hours are 9:00 pm. There were 3 tables with patrons left. The same girl, sat in a chair in the dining area glaring at wall. Obviously with a stance of wanting patrons out.Upon leaving, same girl told my guest, "Next time, will you dump the water out instead of putting it in the trash can. "As we were walking out, I told her that was inappropriate. That I have worked in food service for years and I have never asked a patron to dump out their beverage before putting it in the trash. Actually, patrons shouldn 't be going back to the beverage station to pour anything out. She had nothing but attitude then she got extremely rude. She yelled at me. She cussed at me and charged at me. She hit my arm. She was jumping over the fence saying she was going to beat my . She followed me out to my car screaming "Come on, etc. "If you subpar food and risk your life, then go to the Twisted Kitchen. You can see you in the picture she is in the left still screaming while her co workers were trying to calm her down. I wouldn 't go here if it was the last place on earth to eat.
First visit to this place we ordered chicken pasta and shrimp pasta. The shrimp was good. Allowed for 1 protein and 4 toppings must try place ?
Today they were celebrating their 100 score. It did not disappoint. It was an experience. I got a hot chicken and spinach wrap. It was awesome and the red velvet cookies will make you regret your New Years resolution to cut out sweets. I see why they are rated high as well as award winners.
First time here. We told the first lady that we wanted to look at menu she rushed us thru. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. There was no grilled chicken in the salad the dressing was too heavy. Will not be visiting
