Wendy's - Smyrna

The manager was really rude for their employees. she is a white lady with a birthmark on her die; it is like a military running constantly screaming. she has to be fired asap because this is not how a manager should run a wendys. I hear they get a new manager.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's. 30+ minutes for food. Staff is confused and unengaging. 2 Uber order were waiting 20+ minutes. I'll steer clear from now on. 2nd time this has happened.

Fries taste weird... there was barely any cheese on the cheese fries and the bacon was burnt not crisp burnt

Had to wait 25 minutes for a parmesan chicken salad. To only get more lettuce. Very little chicken. SMH. of course my burger and fries were cold by the time the chicken salad was ready...Asked for sweet tea there was NONE in lobby. When I asked I was told sweet tea was in coke machine... Guess what there is NO sweet tea in the coke machine...

Kelsey was so sweet taking out order end when we pulled up to the window. She is a outstanding employee and makes wendy’s more enjoyable to eat at. We live less thank a mile from this wendy’s and will attend more often because of her.
