Paella House - Snohomish

Have you tried Paella House? It's absolutely delicious! I'm a huge fan of paella and this is one of the best I've had in a long time. Greg and his team are friendly, dependable, and serve up some of the best paella you could ask for. Paella House is fantastic! The customer service and food were both amazing. We ordered a vegan garden paella, Dungeness crab paella, a charcuterie plate, and salad. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the seafood. The ordering and pickup process was easy, and the heating instructions (we live about 45 minutes away) were perfect. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our regular dining rotation!

The paella Valenciana was excellent! The small grains of rice and high-quality chicken made the dish unforgettable. Even my husband, who doesn't usually like paella, enjoyed it. The Manchego salad was delicious and the earthy fig balsamic glaze was amazing. The mixed spring greens in the salad were incredibly fresh and not limp like I've experienced in other restaurants. This showcases the chef's culinary talent and dedication to using high-quality ingredients. I can't wait to try their other paella dishes!

Great, authentic food they can get nowhere! I look forward to tasting more of their dishes. her menu changes to a little per week, which is nice to make this a weekly dinner option. the owners are wonderful people!
