Spada Farmhouse Brewery - Snohomish

Eating here is so great. Brussel shoots never tasted so good. beer was good, the Belgian and the mad had quite strong aromen, the others seemed a bit too soft or watery for our lust. service is friendly and clean.

Edit: I appreciate the response back to my review and It gave me a chance to look over my review again and I think it is much better to round up over down. This is a brewery with food, the beer and service was great so I think 5 is more deserving than a 4 star. You actually read and respond to reviews, I think that shows care and growth as well.I've been here 2 times so far. Service has been great and the first time was definitely good enough to make me want to come back. The second time around was good but I was definitely less impressed by the food. It looks pretty good but the flavors weren't there. The fish tacos were good but the sauce could be thicker and the tortillas crumbled apart which was unfortunate. The burger patty was huge, I think it could use onions, tomatoes or maybe a little less meat? The server was super attentive and gave me some tomatoes which helped a lot. Pictures don't show all the fries it came with since we ate some of them before getting a picture.Again, service was great and the food was good. Service 5, beer 5, food 4, atmosphere 5.

Last night went in for dinner and a beer (first time). OMG what a fabulous place. They had a beautiful restaurant, the ambiance was electrifying, the food excellent, a fabulous wine list. We couldn't have had a better time. We sat at the bar, our bartender was Nick, he was excellent, very attentive, pleasant and easy on the eyes. He is good for business that's for sure. We will be coming back as we live in Snohomish. Thank You

Came here with family to grab a bite to eat. Ordered the Mac and cheese, chili, and spinach said and jalapeno soup. All was ****. Waited over an hour to get our food. Don't come here for the food! Only for the beer and cider.

Great atmosphere servers were all absolute gems! Good food and beer. I was happy they had a non-alcoholic IPA!
