Starbucks - Snowshoe

What a mess this place is. I honestly can say it 's not the workers who should be condemned, it 's the lack of management. The lines are out the door and the 3 girls inside are scrambling around because they don 't have enough workers. I asked who the upper management was, I was told a girl named Jenny is the one to talk to and she never seems to be there. I asked who else was in charge and was told a man named Caleb was the boss but yet..he was not there. In this time of year you should have more workers to accommodate all these people who are just looking for something to eat and get a hot drink. This is not the first time I 've complained and I hesitated to go back but I figured the last time might of just been an off day for them, but clearly the higher ups don 't care about their workers trying their best.

We were in the village shopping a little and it was a little cold. Starbucks was great to go into and get that warm drink.

Absolutely love coming to Starbucks at Snowshoe, my daughter and I drive 30mins to come up here and enjoy the amazing drinks.

Waiting 15 in the line to order and 15 min to get one coffee . People not wearing masks and social distance is not being followed. 7 working stuff can’t speed up the orders on Saturday 2/21 . Avoid the place

They didn't know how to make some of their own drinks on their menu and the older lady was being a complete biotch. I understand covid is going on and all, but she made my whole family leave and wouldn't let them tell me their orders. Wouldn't have been bad if there was cell reception, but there wasn't. She could have been nicer about it. Other than that, all the other staff is nice.
