Eric is a superb, uncompromising French chef who cooks from fresh and turns out quality cuisine. He is passionate about food and although simple, his meals always deliver the promise. Would we return? Absolutely!
A lovely restaurant with good homemade food. The lunch menu we had was simple but plentiful. We will definitely return.
It's no surprise that this restaurant gets outstanding reviews. The ambience is intimate, welcoming and laid-back. Service and attention to detail is of the highest quality. The food is succulent, fresh, light, flavoursome and nicely presented. The menu offer a wide choice of dishes, local specialties and pizzas are prominent, but nothing is dull or boring.Value for money is unbeatable.
Very nice fresh crepes made to order. However the main man appears to do everything and thus service is slow.Fine if you're not in a hurry. The owner speaks some English and we found him most helpful. The restaurant seating outside overlooks the town square and you can while away the time watching the world (Well the people of Sourdeval) go by.
