Rally's - South Euclid

This place is mid. I've been to much better Rallys, the one in Eastlake is great. When you order food at this place, you have a 50/50 chance of the service and food being good. The other half of the time, the food is cold and dry, and so is the staff.

It comes off as a cheap environment but they have great prices, if staff isn't lazy. The food is amazing, and depending on the hour the service is great. I've spent thousands here and I look forward to continuing going
