Smoke 'em Up Bbq - South Fork

We stumbled across this BBQ food truck while looking for a wedding caterer and we cannot say enough amazing things about there food, service and price!!! They did an EXCELLENT job catering our wedding. We had so many people come up to us telling us that it was the BEST BBQ they ever had!! We will be reccomending these guys to everyone! We had smoke ‘em up cater our wedding and we couldn’t have chose better! Everything was delicious and all our guests raved about the food! They packed up all the leftovers for us and nothing went to waste! Would highly recommend, and we will be using them again in the future for events!

We threw my dad a surprise birthday party this past weekend and had these guys cater it we give them a 10/10 the food was FANTASTIC, everything from the chicken to the salad was prepared absolutely perfect. From start to finish everyone was a pleasure to speak with and they really made sure that my dads party was everything we wanted it to be. Catered my daughter and son in laws wedding the past weekend. Very friendly staff, the food was all amazing I still have people ask me who catered it. Best chicken I’ve ever eaten and I’m not a big chicken eater. Thank you so much.
