Town Hall Delicatessen - South Orange

Just ordered a Shiva plate for 30 people and as always, Town Hall Deli outdid itself. The dishes were nicely prepared and decorated, the meat was fresh and delicious, the bagels were pre-cut for us, fresh, sorted and the Nova was fantastic! Everything was delivered at the time and I can't say enough wonderful things about Matt, Tony and her staff! Thank you. Thank you!!!!

Second best cheese steak(1. is Patz in Philly) and the most friendly staff. had no problem.

For almost 100 years, South Orange and the surrounding communities are served by far the best sloppy Joe Sandwiches. I would drive 100 miles for lunch at this place!

I had my first Town Hall Deli experience over the weekend and what an experience it is! We bought 2 sloppy Joes (1 Brooklyn and 1 Gourmet) and did not have the opportunity to eat them fresh. They came back with us to the northern NY and what a treat 2 days later! We also bought some of their sweet breads and they are also excellent. My father grew up in South Orange in the '30s and '40s, but for some reason we never made it here. If I come back to Jersey, it will be on my list! The staff is actually craftsmen in their craftsmanship and so very pleasant!

Just returned from my hometown of SO. The Sloppy Joe was awesome. The guy who made it was a 85 prep grad. Thank you I wish I got your name. I will be back visiting soon. Happy and Properous New Year
