Mahi Nic - South Padre Island

Absolutely delicious! First time here and definitely coming back! Big portions and great flavors, the Pulled pork tasted like good Texan BBQ, the chicken sandwich is flavorful, and the hot dog was DELICIOUS! ?? So worth it and conveniently close to the beach!

Let's start out. The food was simply amazing and the customer service top notch beyond reprise. The Mahi Mahi was seasoned very well to complement the flavor and the home made giant fries were simply to die for. Frozen lemonade was super sweet super cold and just what the doctor probably didn't order but you need it anyway!

The dockside nachos are as advertised. If you're on the island you must try them. I loved the handcut fries and shrimp tacos. Best of all, they have the friendliest staff on the island. Hours are slim but so are most others post COVID. Usually the staff is terrible. Not the case here. Well done.

Being an owner in the food industry, you tented to have a sense of quality over cheap. This place definitely understands the quality side of service! Food was excellent and deliciously flavored. Personally had the Big Chief Burger, Mahi Tacos (recommend doubling the corn tortillas), outstanding Dockside Shrimp Nachos. Definitely a must try when visiting the island!

Absolutely did not disappoint!!! Location was perfect, right next to the water! Staff was very friendly and attentive! Food was phenomenal! We ordered the mahi sandwich, captain Henry dog, loaded fries Buffalo wings! Everything was SO delicious! My kids also ordered the frozen lemonade they loved it!! Perfect end to our vacation at SPI!!!
