Kfc - South Pasadena

Order a chicken sandwich and I found a plastic tool inside my sandwich.the place itself is very dirty rude service smash potatoes taste like nothing and the Mac and cheese was very salty everyone that’s works at this kfc is rude.

The service was horrible. I just walked in to order my food and as soon as I said what I wanted, the cashier looked at me like I was stupid. I could tell she didn't know how to use the cash register so the store manager came up and she looked confused too. They both were acting as if I was inconveniencing them by just ordering food. I am a black man in a not-so-black neighborhood so I don't know if it was because of race or just poor customer service but I felt very unwelcome there and I will not be returning. Every once in a while, while they were preparing my food, they would look up at me like they were annoyed or didn't want me there. Stay away from this KFC, there's a better one on New Ave in Alhambra.

This store makes people feel like a fake KFC, but it must be the dirtest KFC in the US, and there is a 60-year-old probably Indian Pakistani male staff, his attitude is so bad that people feel as disgusting as the hygiene of the store, He pointed his finger at the customer and said words that were difficult to understand，This employee's service and work attitude will cause greater trouble for himself and KFC.

Lady who I gave my order to was rude! I went back to talk to her because my order was wrong. She did corrected my order SHE PUSH MY BOX BACK AT ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT!!. I DIDN'T say anything just wanted eat my food and LEAVE! no people skills at all. I use to work fast food when I was YOUNG ADULT This was Unacceptable bad customer service! Definitely NOT RETURNING
