Scratch Baking Co. Toast

I had received a product that I was dissatisfied with scratch recently and low, and see, scratch did the right thing and refunded my money to my credit card account without asking for it. my trust and admiration for scratch baking company was justified. this is the best place in more portland to have baked goods, sweets, brote, etc. I recommend baking scratch company not only for the quality of the products they bake, but for their business model it is nice to see a company with old fashion ethics!

Limited operating hours. willard square location in construction. I love all the baked there.

This is a very good bakery in a residential neighborhood. My favorite item here is the olive oil cake. It is like an olive oil loaf with lemon peel, orange peel and almonds. It is super moist and satisfying without being overly sweet. Their peanut butter cake was also very good. They have a few comfy chairs to sit outside and enjoy your goods. They also serve coffee and tea.

Such a great spot with amazing fresh options and outdoor seating. I wish it would open up again! If not it would be great to offer the same options at the other location which is just a few minutes down the road
