Contribuisci feedbackWe have been coming to this wonderful restaurant for years. It has an atmosphere of friendly people coming together, a bit like being on holiday. The staff work so hard in very cramped conditions, a skill in its self, but are constantly attentive professional and great personalities. The food is genuine of a high standard and very reasonable in price. The only problem is when you go you will go again which is a problem because it is small and you do need to book or be willing to wait.
Terrific night out, with great food and super service. What a pleasure to go to an unpretentious restaurant to get great tasting, value for money, meals with reasonably priced wines. Lisa and Gabby are brilliant friendly hosts and theres never a dull moment. Between four of us we had a wide variety of dishes, from spare ribs to Pasta Farfalle Mama, from Pizza to Fettachini, all hot and tasty with portion sizes to match the enthusiasm of our hosts. Yes, it's informal but the quality is gtreat, and always consistant. Of corse we will go back, its simply the best.
My wife and i went to Antonellos last week with two friends to find the business has changed hands after a 20 minute wait they took our order after another long wait one pizza arrived .We then waited another 30 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive after complaining. My wife ordered the lasagna of which was sloppy and un edible and she left it all i ordered a pizza of which i left most of it as it was under cooked the cheese was runny the base was soft and doughy also our friends left most of theres as well .We asked for the bill three times and was ignored and we were offered no discount for the poor quality of the food and service . Weve been going to Antonellos for years but will never go again . I STRONGLY ADVISE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!
Love this place. It's a Leyland institution busy little restaurant and the best place for family and friends get together.
I would not recommend getting takeout from this restaurant. It appears that there is a lack of quality control with the food that is being prepared. I have been greatly disappointed with either receiving undercooked and unevenly rolled dough, or a base that is almost burned to the point of being rock hard on my last few visits.
