Ordered almost £60, took an hour which is ok. They missed off the sweet and sour chicken balls and put in extra chips. I called to say this had been missed off...

I will never use this takeaway again... first they over charge me on delivery and tried to deny it! I eventually got my money back after speaking to the manager...

Fresh, delivered hot and with a smile. Love the service from Lotus House. Very reliable and well worth it. We are aiming to try everything on the menu eventuall...
