Between Rounds Bakery Sandwich Cafe Catering

The restaurant is great, but could you please ask customers if they want their sandwich or bagel cut? Personally, I prefer my sandwiches or bagels whole. If you visit this shop, try the everything bagel toasted. It tastes amazing for some reason! Better than Dunkin' Donuts, better than Price Chopper's homemade. However, I had to lower my rating because I asked for my BLT with egg not to be sliced, but it was sliced anyway. I had trouble keeping my sandwich together. The only good thing was the bag of Lay's Chips. I also asked for extra onions on my wife's sandwich, but we only received three pieces of onion. Very disappointed today.

I ordered the Breakfast Bundle. The bagels were delicious, particularly the cheddar flavor! The service was a little slow because the person was working alone at both the counter and drive-thru. However, she was very friendly. ????

The restaurant is never open; they are always closed even when the store hours indicate otherwise. One Friday, I went there at 1pm and found the door locked. The employees were sitting outside smoking and did not acknowledge me. There was no one inside, and they were all getting into cars to leave. I left as well, even though the hours indicated they were supposed to close at 6pm. This place is terrible.

I was so disappointed at this place. First of all, the woman working here were rude and unprofessional. I could barely understand the woman taking our order and she had very dirty hands/fingers long nails with visible dirt under them. She took money from us with her bare hand and then gave us a cup from behind the counter with the same dirty hand and stuck her hand inside the cup. The order came to over $15 for a bottle of water, 2 bagels and a small coffee. The iced coffeetasted like sugar, milk and water. We tried iced tea instead and it was even worse. It had to be thrown out. The bagels were good but definitely by not worth $5 each. Needless to say we will not be returning here again.
