Captain Jack's On The Coast

We were supposed to see a friends band play. Drive an hour. They double booked so he didn't play. We stayed to eat. Service sucked. Waitress complained and was rude. We got our appetizer before our drinks. Food was ok. But over priced. $30 for 1/4lb of pasta. Handful of broccoli-rabe and 4 shrimp. Needed lots of salt, but couldn't get the waitress to get any. Will never go again.

We had a family visit to the Coast Grill and Bar and it was great. I should say fantastic. The bar tender Rob is amazing, the owner of this place is lucky to have him. We had the fresh Guacamole and salsa and it was fresh made, the New England Clam Chowder was delicious. The meals of Risotto di Frutti de Mare was amazing, the grilled Pillard, burger, and Penne all fantastic. So are happy we stop here for a meal

We really loved this place and the ambience was great. They screwed up our order and then it took a long time to fix it. Seems like a lot of the staff was new or that the place had just opened so maybe that will all smooth out over time. We'll be back for sure.

Worst service ever. The woman behind the bar should seriously be fired. She was actually behind the bar doing her job for maybe a total of 6 minutes the whole time we were there. And those 6 mins she was doing her job, she was terribly rude and unpleasant. Never returning to the place.

Waited to order for 10 minutes before asking around if anyone was around to help us. When the answer was a unanimous no we tried to find someone to help. After another 10 minutes an abnoxious women appeared claiming to have been on a bathroom break and proceeded to not serve us. We used to go all the time, and as locals were so disappointed in the service. Would never return!!
