Taco Bell - SOUTHINGTON

This is the best Taco Bell we've visited while on the road! The bathroom was clean, the tacos were nicely filled, and the staff were wearing masks.

I visited this Taco Bell and had a frustrating experience. Last year, I noticed the service was consistently slow, with one visit taking over 45 minutes. The hours are also inconsistent. On one occasion, I was standing in line over an hour before closing time, and after serving the customer ahead of me, they abruptly announced they were closed and put everything away. I recommend going to a different Taco Bell, either the one nearby or another location across town, as they have much faster service and better employees and management. My experiences at other Taco Bell locations have never been this bad.

I think it's best to shut this place down since they never seem to be open. They decided to close an hour early, which left a lot of people disappointed. It’s really frustrating.

Eating is okay, but the prices on the menu inside do not match the price that rings on the register. Don't go in, or just go through the way.

This is the world slowest taco Bell exist. Who wait for 15 to 20 min just for food when there are two customers ahead of you. I won't come to this store again. Thank you.
