When I was drinking mine and got down to the last 1/3 I noticed a chunk of something in my shake. When I fished it out it appears to be a chunk of raw meat that's about 3/4 x 3/4 square and about 1/4 thick. See picture. Needless to say this ruined my appetite and made me sick to my stomach. I've tried calling the store at least 11 times and it just rings once and hangs up. Please contact me and I will bring the foreign object in.
Been getting breakfast every day for the past nine months have yet to get a brown biscuit. I asked for it every single morning finally fed up so I’m leaving a bad Google review I can go to the jacks in Hokes Bluff or Piedmont brown biscuit every time without even asking, their biscuits are just dough. Don’t waste your money at this location.
We were driving by Jack's on Highway 77 in Southside and decided to stop in for lunch and we're glad we did!Their fried chicken was excellent and their slaw was some of the best we've eaten recently. Our cashier was friendly and service was prompt. The dining area was not exceptionally clean but it was toward the end of lunchtime so that's understandable. We will be back the next time we're in the area.
I just want to brag on Jack’s in Southside! This is the second time I have used them for a class party and both times they were so friendly, timely, and willing to help with price to support a school function, and the chicken fingers are fantastic. I very much appreciate them and their service!
What happened Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Accidentally, was given a chicken thigh instead of a breast. But, no biggie. Folks here are always so nice. The restaurant is always immaculate and sanitary. I highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Ample parking on either side of the restaurant. Can accommodate 18-wheelers, RVs and, yes, even the National Olympic Team -GO Team USA!Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll to your heart's content.
