Marco's Pizza - Spanish Fort

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered carryout online. Showed up 20 minutes later when it told me to and my food wasn't even in the oven yet. They weren't busy, there wasn't any food in the oven ahead of my orders. They just waited 20 minutes to start my order. So I'm waiting with my kids and then when my pizzas are done I see the employee behind the counter try to give my order to someone else! I'd just talked to her 10 minutes earlier! Then I get my food and they made the pizzas wrong! I tell her I don't have time to wait for them to remake my order and to just give me my money back and she says she can't because I ordered online. I get that times are tough right now, but if you can't have one competent person on shift making sure your people know how to make food and process orders then just close the store.

Manager was a credit to his store. The way service used to be. Well done.

Pizza is fresh and tasty, service is friendly , and they usually have some good deals on the website .

Didn't know about this place but glad we were hungry and decided to stop in. The pizza was delicious and I'm a pizza guy but the freshness is what got me the onions and peppers still had that snap and juiceness even after baking. The taste was great on the pizza good quality of meats and cheese that you better be ready to put the slice in the air to it all. My new Favorite 4 sure.
