Brickhouse Fresh Pizzeria And Grill

I love this place! the server and barkeepers are knowledgeable and friendly. they take care of their masters and are excited to make new friends. eating is great, especially if you want to create your own pizza. the lunch is fast, the service is very efficient. I eat at least once every other week and the fact that they have both a bar in the upper and on the ground allows them to enjoy drinks before dinner!

Damn fine pizza! I got the Greek but had them add chicken and sub their garlic pesto instead of the tomato based sauce that comes on it. Awesome pizza, friendly staff and Stella for $2.50 highly recommended. Saw negative reviews about the parking. I was able to get a spot but the lot only had 1 or 2 spaces left and it really wasn't that busy (Tuesday at 830). I imagine that on a Friday night I would have been walking a block or two.

Decided to try this place out for lunch and I 'm glad I did. Even though their signature dish is the pizza, I was in the mood for a burger. I finally decided to try the bacon cheeseburger. The waitress was super nice and quick to get my order. The burger was massive, and tasted fresh and well seasoned. The fries seemed to be cut fresh in the kitchen, and tasted... authentic is the best word I can give. Unlike restaurants with frozen, fake-tasting food, the burger and fries I had at Brickhouse tasted very real. The price was great, with the amount of food you get. The decor is pretty simple: plain but well kept-up brick building, with a few team logos and such on the walls. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and plan to go back soon so I can try the pizza.

Our waitress was clueless and rude. She quickly advised us upon arrival that our service dog was not welcome. Obviously, she is not aware of the laws pertaining to service dogs. After seating us outside she soon ranted about another customer storming out. Then, my husband ordered 8 wings and she brought and billed us for 12. After addressing it she advised that the owner was not adjusting our bill because there was nothing wrong with the food and we chose to eat them. What?? We only ate 3 wings. Definitely a disappointing night. Don't waste your time.

Waited really long for menus at first.. Pizza took over an hour when it wasnt even busy, ordered a second beer and that took about 10/15 minutes. The pizza came out burnt on the edges and completely raw otherwise. We couldnt even eat it. The waitress was sweet but not on point. We asked to see the manager who didnt even care to hear us out and made excuses. He still charged us for a couple beers which I was mind blown about. We never complain nor wanted anything free but being in the service industry, this situation I personally, wouldnt hesitate to comp the whole bill knowing it was their first time there. But guess the first impression doesnt matter there. With that being said, we will not be coming back or recommend this pizza place.
