Japan House Ii - Spartanburg

My wife and I are regulars and eating is always great! and my girl at the reception is always great when it comes to customer service and she feels like family!

I enjoy the Steak and rice bowl with side vegetables. There place nice and clean . They only open Monday through Friday .

Front counter lady rude as hell stayed on her cell phone the entire time and I checked my order to make sure it’s right and it was not and she sighed after I let her know that someone else’s food was in my bag her response was your wrong well……excuse me but I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered but no worries won’t get anymore of my money

It’s a coin flip wether they are open or not. Foods good so sucks they can’t stick to the poster hours.

Are they even open anymore? We’ve tried going a few times over the past few weeks and they haven’t been open. There’s nothing stating they’ve closed or anything. Very confused.
