Contribuisci feedbackFood is always great, however they need help and/or need to prioritize in store customers. No reason there should be 8 people waiting in line and telling folks if they order a hot sub it'll be 20-30 minutes.. prioritize your folks in store.

Was a first visit. Got the Kahuna without jalapeños. Just No. They offered me a coupon for another choice, which I will use for something plain like ham and cheese. All tables were dirty. Did not enjoy the dialog I heard, which sounded like complaining just don't want to hear that when trying to enjoy an outing. Tight parking. Customer svc from person to person was like hot/cold, up/down, on/off. Fair prices.
I had tried to call to place an order but phone was down. I went to the building and pulled up to window. Tall girl comes and opens the window and says nothing to me. She’s B just looking at me. I said your phone is down. She replies uh huh. And keeps looking. I said I want to place an order. She then says you can’t place an order through the window. You gotta come in. I told her I am completely handicapped. The only reason I’m ordering at the window is because your phone is down!!! She walks off and the window shuts in my face. Unbelievable. Was this girl not trained to greet the customer? I felt like I was trying to talk with someone who never attended school. Ridiculous. Discrimination at its finest.
The food came, but I just so happened to go outside to walk the dog, and I saw it was delivered. They did not notify me that the food was there. A simple knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell bell would have been courteous.
