Nudo Ramen House - Spokane

Tonkotsu was amazing. The udon noodles were too. Come to this place at 3-4 pm right in between lunch and dinner and it’ll be empty. I’d recommend it especially the tonkotsu.

The shrimp soup mmm very good ? and the other delicious dishes are all wonderful, there is just one detail one of the waitresses is half ****** because the times we have eaten there she behaves badly correct that look at your staff thank you

I eat here two times and I was in Spokane. The Ramen was really good and I had the cold noodle salad as well. I enjoyed the fish bread ice cream.

Staff was great. Super attentive and nice. Food came out quick and was pretty good. Atmosphere is not very cozy. Open concept and with th high ceilings it gets really loud, even with just 2 or 3 tables full in the place.

Order the beef ramen add spice if you can handle it. It's the best ramen EVER! When we visit Spokane, we always stop to eat.
