Scafa's Italian

Heard this place was amazing. Ordered a meatball sub. The bread was soggy and not cooked all the way. There is more sauce and bread than meat. Fires were not worth it!

Food was just okay. We tried a variety of appetizers and meals. Nothing spectacular. The waitress was very attentive and kind.

We've been several places over the years and tried their versions of fettuccine carbonara and never compared to what you get at scafas. Never had it with the mushrooms because I don't like mushrooms. But this dish is well made and tasted just like it did over 5 years ago. My wife had the seafood Alfredo which was also very nice.

OMG … what happened to Scafa’s prices?? I know everything has gone up but this place is not a $25 entree restaurant. One of the draws was that it was always reasonable. For these prices (and less) I can go to Renatos and eat at a table with cloth napkins and exceptional service. Sorry, you’ve lost this long time customer.
