Scramblez Cafe - Spring City

I can not describe the food experience here. Almost as good as my cooking at home, some things are better, which is saying a whole lot!! Love love love the chicken and waffles, the pancakes, the sausage gravy and biscuits, etc.... you will not be disappointed! Breakfast here is amazing, and I didn't post pictures because I ate it too fast!! Yummy, I can't wait to try lunch! Tiny little place, HUGE on great food and real service.It's a real team of professionals, each treats this place like they own it.The food is totally comfort cuisine, straight out of your favorite grandma's kitchen. Honestly, I came here with no expectations, but left a true fan.

A great breakfast diner was an essential when I was considering where to locate my camper for a long-term stay in eastern Tennessee, as I'm relocating. My first time at BB's was after breakfast, so I had what you see in the photo, a delicious Reuben sandwich w incredible tater tots. Seriously, the tater tots are amazing. Since then, I've had the opportunity to have breakfast, and, again, they just do everything right. The service is great and the food is delicious!!
