Ordered 4 pizzas they brought out 3 and seem to have an attitude because they couldn't read the ticket correctly. Hire people who need a job not people who show up for a free check. Come on now
Called in for a Sausage pizza. Not only did they have it ready just as I had arrived, but the pizza was absolutely delicious! Price was very reasonable and the location is very convenient for me. Will definitely be back here!
I've been a customer for years. Last few months the Elm Srings location has completely went down hill. On several occasions I've stopped for a sausage pizza to be told it's a 10 to 15 min wait. I ask if they have pepperoni and told the same thing. It seems they never have any pizza ready. I've never had this problem in the past. Last night is what made me decide I'll not be visiting any Eureka Pizza location maybe ever?? Since they never seem to have pizza ready I called in a order. I pick my order up I ordered a couple of pizzas and cheese bread. First off I guess if you call in a order the pizza costs more because it was definitely more expensive than getting the exact same thing though the window. Also I noticed no dipping sauce with the cheese bread I asked if it came with dipping sauce and was told no. Which is ridiculous even gas station bread sticks has a dipping sauce.
Provolone cheese does not take kindly to high heat. If you’re gonna offer a pizza with provolone cheese, you must take that into account and pre-cook your crust a bit before you actually put the ingredients on it. We were eating burnt, pizza soup. The problem, cheese was burnt, but the crust was very doughy and not cooked. If your going to offer a Specialty pizza learn the ingredients and how it reacts to high heat. The first go around they sent us home with 100 percent burnt crust (black) and burnt cheese (dark brown, almost black). We drove back and showed them, they offered to make it again. This time I did not want to argue so we just took the second pizzas home. It was absolutely the worst pizza I have eaten from there. Sad. As soon as I seen the second pizza I knew what the issue was. Too high of heat for provolone cheese. So if you order the St Louie pizza ask them to precook the crust for about 1 min if you do not want a soggie mess, or burnt pizza, for asking for it to be well done so the crust is cook through. Our curst was still dough. So sad. You can do better. Just slightly precook the crust or don’t sell pizzas with provolone cheese.
