Charlie's Resturant - Springfield

My eldest daughter, her friend, my son, and I visited today and ordered our usual favorites. Unfortunately, the food was way too salty and overly seasoned, making it almost inedible. We ended up spending nearly $100 and left still hungry. My granddaughter's bratwurst sandwich was served cold and we had to wait for the gravy to add flavor. I really hope the new owners take note of this feedback, as loyal regulars like us will not be coming back to Charlie's. It felt like they didn't care much about our complaint, which was frustrating beyond belief.
