Overall, this restaurant has the best burgers in town. However, I am giving it two 1-star ratings because the service staff lacks respect for customers and customer service awareness. They should train their staff to be more professional and attentive. It was clear that they did not care about customer satisfaction.

Please train your staff to show respect to customers. If the term 'Double Smash Combo' is causing confusion and hostility among your staff, consider replacing them with employees who are familiar with the names of popular menu items.

First time having a Smashburger. Excellent burger, and I believe it's better than 5 Guys.
