Cafe Troy - St. Catharines

I don't frequent this place often, but I have a special fondness for seafood. Tonight, I indulged in the ultimate platter which included crab legs, lobster tail, two varieties of shrimp, served with rice and vegetables.

I am never quite sure what to expect from the classic Red Lobster.

Many of these restaurants are no longer in existence. It's unclear what the situation is, but essentially it's a fast food-style chain seafood restaurant.

Loved the food and the staff was wonderful as well. If you love handmade pottery like I do you will find the cafe has a bonus it is adjacent to Donn Zvers pottery shop and studio. Both experiences were delightful.

What a delightful experience. I took twenty women from our Shawl Ministry group to Cafe Troy for a thank you lunch this week and the experience couldn't have been better! From the delightful server to the delectable food it was a great celebration. Beginning with wonderful pured vegetable soup and warm bread to the incredible smoked chicken penne it was a tastey treat indeed - one which I hope to repeat very soon. Every person had a wonderful time a a delicious meal - and then we got to shop in the beautiful pottery shop! Thank you!
