Fabio's Pizza - St. Catharines

Fabio's pizza in St. Kitts is still the best despite some inconsistencies in quality. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 and believe they offer the best pizza in town. While I do miss the consistency of the past when both Fabio and Levi were always present, I understand that with the opening of a new location, things may have changed. Timing issues are not a concern for me, as my pizza is usually ready when I arrive. The quality ingredients used make a noticeable difference in the taste. Although I have had a few pizzas that didn't meet my standards, I still prefer Fabio's over other pizza places in the area. The only other decent pizza I have found is at Buona downtown. If you have delivery issues with Fabio's, it is best to pick it up yourself. In my experience, grabbing the pizza fresh from the oven ensures it reaches my door in the quickest time possible.

Delicious greasy pizza. As a college student, I have no problem indulging in this type of cuisine. It's odd that they only offer pepperoni slices and large pizzas, with no option for medium and they are a bit pricey. I usually just stick to the slices, which are quite large, though I have had bigger. It's the classic, gooey, saucy, cheesy pizza that we all know and love.

Great pizza service. This place has the best pizza in St. Catharines. Whenever my husband wants pizza, I insist he order it from Fabio's. I don't know why other people have said they received poor service. That has definitely not been my experience. In fact, I have food allergies, most pizza places get pretty grumpy about having to make special accommodations for me to prevent cross contamination. However, Fabio's is really nice about it, they remember me what I'm allergic to whenever I call to order. Also I'm pretty sure that they are actually doing what I ask (using clean pans, cutters, gloves, etc. because I've never had an allergic reaction after eating their pizza, I have from other places even though they SAID they took precautions. Also Fabio's wings are fantastic. I am super picky when it comes to wings, but I love theirs. The sauce has just the right amount of spice, it's a bit sweet tangy at the same time.

This is likely the top pizza spot in St. Catharines, but it can be a bit expensive.

November 2 2011 and Nov 4 2011. Hello im just writing about my experience at fabios pizza the other night wednesday November 2 The 2 male employees that were working that night were FANTASTIC food was amazing service was amazing they were polite not rude like the past if there was any way fabios could have more employees like them i would go there all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br/ <br/ Friday November 4th <br/ I came in to order some food again because of the excellent service i had couple days ago, fabios was busy and the one gentleman said that it would be about half an hour i said that would be fine i came back 45 mins later and the one lady i think her name was brenda had just slammed the phone on a customer which made me feel like omg but i didnt say anything then she came over and asked me what i was waiting for i told her my order and she freaks out that it wasnt done yet screaming and swearing and i had my 5 year old daughter beside me and I did not want her to hear all the RUDE things she was saying infront of me and other customers and we WILL NOT BE BACK WHEN SHES WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
