Great service the meatball sub was good the steak sub was just okay needed more mushrooms, onions and peppers on it.
This was my first time ever eating at a firehouse subs, and i will never go back to subway after my experience here. The service from the staff was unlike any other fast food place i’ve ever been to. Even though ut was almost closing time and they were busy doing their tasks, the staff came over to check on how the food was and that meant a lot. They were so attentive to detail and I absolutely love the taste and fresh quality of the food. I also love that they have coca-cola freestyle and (their cookies are better than subway. Not to mention the portions are huge on a large, i usually eat a whole subway sandwich and don’t feel satisfied but here half of the sub is like eating 1.5 foot longs, incredible portions and quality. I will be back and ordering many more times in the future.
The subs are delicious and meat heavy which helps ease the higher prices. The only downside is the don't do daily specials or coupons.
Was given the entirely wrong sub which wasn’t discovered until arriving at home nearly 25 minutes later. Called up the store to ask how the issue could be resolved hoping for a refund and the employee and manager both refused, were rude and only offer was a replacement sub after arguing that they hadn’t made any mistake. On top of that they want us to bring the original wrong order back meaning I now have to hold on to a sub for 2 days just to make an unnecessary 25 minute trip to fix their mistake? Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, your store made a mistake, at least own up to it and treat your paying customers with some respect.
