Contribuisci feedbackSo, I ordered pizza a few weeks ago from a new place called Qualia Pizza in St. Catharines. You have one here and one in Niagara Falls. Ordered and delivered online for the first time. Great pizza service. I decided to order it again... last night, and did the same order online for delivery. After an hour, I'll call the store to ask for the pizza. They said it was for pickup, not for delivery. When I tell them, I placed it for delivery and the online system changed it, they tell me that I pick it up and they will warm it up in the oven. If I want to deliver it, they'll just send it out. I tell them it wasn't my fault that the online service changed my order. Then they tell me they're making new pizzas and sending them out. It takes about 20 minutes. The delivery lasted 45 minutes to arrive and you could smell it. Pays the supplier and took the pizzas in. The pizzas were stone colds and they burned all the blows, which tells me they warmed it for the car ride. Try to complain on the website and the complaint would not send. Make a complaint from my email to customer service. So I'm calling the place today to complain to the manager, he said he's not in. I ask for his name and if he's here, I can call when he's here. The phone is handed over to another person asking if they can help. I'll ask for the manager's name and if he's in. The person wouldn't give me that information. After the third time, the male as owner asks for both St. Catharines and Niagara Falls restaurants, but will not give me his name. I'm trying to explain to him what my complaints were, he interrupts telling me I don't know how to use a computer, and that the system doesn't make any mistakes. If I continue to try to explain the question of pizzas and staff, he will interrupt me and tell me that it will be in the system for the next time, and since I don't know how to use a computer to call it instead. I'll tell him to send me an e-mail with this information so that I have an issued order. He's starting to yell at me that it's in the system, and I just have to make sure it's coming. And I'd better call it because I don't know how to use a computer. Then I asked again if an email should be sent and that I would give him my email. He cries it over the phone and my name and tells me he doesn't have to send it, it's in the system. He keeps yelling that he doesn't have to send it and send it tonight if he wants. When he continued to scream, I was hanging on him. Unfortunately, they made a great pizza for the first time, and then as the second time order and would have been much more if he and his staff directly from the bad order, will no longer order from there. We ordered two extra large pizzas and a wings combo with green peppers, pepperoni, and bacon. The wings were deliciously hot and served beautifully.
This place is unbeatable! The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the food is always hot and delicious. A must-visit!
After a few drinks, the experience was unpleasant. The pizza was mediocre, but the wings were disappointing. Despite being a late-night pizza joint, it wouldn't hurt to invest a little more in making better wings. All it takes is a deep fryer, a few extra dollars, and some butter to improve the overall quality.
Made a quick pick up here of a cpl slices and I was very happy with the price and freshness. In large plaza lots of parking and fast service. Will go back.
