Northwoods Falls - St. John

I didn't try the food but I'm really impressed with what the new owners have done with this place. If you go, make sure you check out to the back yard area go for a walk around the new path they've made. Theres a walkway than goes behind the pond and goes back up to the other side of the patio. The entire new trail is all lit up on both sides of the path w/ colorful lights. It's just beautiful out there, particularly at night.

Made reservations for Easter brunch. An unfortunate mess. We walked in and there was a huge line that wasn’t moving. They were waiting for buffet and the people in line were telling us it wasn’t worth it. We get seated and we’re told there’s no buffet food YET a group that sat a half hour after us got buffet, paid and left by the time we got our meal. How did they get buffet food when we were told they were out of food and they weren’t serving anyone anymore?? They did not have many things when we did order off the menu. We were embarrassed since we had family drive in over an hour to join us.

They can’t get the Easter buffet right. Not as advertised.Told it is closed due to being way behind.So why did the people behind us sit after us, get the buffet and leave while we are waiting for lunch?How do you deliver appetizers with no plates, forks or napkins?They also can’t seem to keep OJ in stock.Not bringing anyone here nor recommending to anyone. ?

The food just okay. The service and atmosphere was better . No need to go

Appetizers and cocktails great. Had the pot roast not liking the mashed potatoes or green beans. Service was awesome! Be prepared for extremely loud room. Nothing on walls to absorb any sound but cute decor for rustic look.
