I think the pizza had been overcooked, the cheese was hard in a strange way, and I had it "to go" and stopped before I could even leave cause the grease was dripping through the bag. I ate just enough to take my pill and through the rest of it out. Not exactly cheap either.
I used to really enjoy eating here, but it's declined abit. Salads are still okay, but the last one I ate actually had chunks of ice in it, and when questioned the response was "we freeze our ingredients" which I'm find with, but the amount of ice wasn't appealing and we were not offered a new one or anything. Then the pizza, I stick to the original pepperoni and cheese, but the amount of garlic and grease makes me sick, I can no longer finish a slice of Mrs. Vanellis pizza. They definitely need to make a few changes before I eat there again.
Great for quick lunch but not great taste! Not too expensive. Counter service so no need to tip. Not good at chatting with customers. Workers always look frazzled, and not happy. I will go back sometime.
It's average food court chain food. Just like every other Mrs Vanelli's in Canada and the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - a Canadian company expanding into the Middle East?). If you don't feel like burgers and fries .... Their pizza really isn't bad, just why not frozen instead?
Planned a trip to Amsterdam and Paris.and Miss Lunch sounded like a sure bet I'm sitting here right now and the food was excellent.
